Behold, My child, you can find Me only far from the world .... I will never stay where people pursue their earthly pleasures, and these will always stand like a wall between Me and the children of the earth. All the presentations of the world cannot replace what I can give you, and if you do not want to completely distance yourselves from them, you will remain far from Me in your heart. And so you rob yourselves of the most precious, because you let yourselves be enticed and fall too easily into the snares of the world, which after all is not and cannot be My true life .... And see, you are in such danger .... you must pass every test, for I send them to you to test you ....
The world does not offer you much, they are only apparent pleasures which do not last, but what you give away, is far more .... And so I earnestly admonish you not to let yourself be beguiled by such enticements of the world, if you want to remain in My love .... and devote yourself all the more diligently to your work .... Thus also the strength for self-conquest will be given to you, if only the full will strives for this. You should not give up heaven's blessings and My love for the sake of earthly pleasures, for these can never offer you a substitute for the gifts from above. And so remember My child, that even today only My love admonishes you, and seek to become and remain worthy of it ....
