Let it be a warning to you that you must not presume to reject the grace of God with impunity, for you will remain weak in spirit, you will walk blindly, and that alone is a judgment for your soul, which you have brought on yourselves .... And understand it rightly: You deprive yourselves of unspeakable glories .... To stand in the grace of God is a relief for man on earth, which he himself does not even recognize to the full extent - but one day, he will be aware of it when he looks back on his life .... when he recognizes how unspeakably he had to struggle and half the strength was needed for this using of the means of grace that were at his disposal .... and he rejected them out of arrogance .... This will create a state of repentance for him, which is truly a terrible punishment for him ....
How often does the opportunity present itself to man that he only needs to grasp the grace that comes to him, but his will consciously rejects it, and only because he himself feels strong enough and he believes to need no help from above. What is man as long as he lives on earth ....? But only a creature struggling for perfection .... The eternal Creator is truly not so unreasonable to demand more from His creatures than they can easily fulfill. However, man himself complicates his struggle by his own will. As soon as God gives man a task, He also has the relief ready for him, because it is only His infinite love, which wants to offer His creature incomparable glorious things for eternity.
And so also the demands which He makes of man, must be founded in His love .... therefore He also promises them at the same time all help to be able to do justice to the demands .... And it only requires childlike humility to accept these aids which are so lovingly offered from the Father's hand, in order to thereby effortlessly cover the way up. The sun of Divine Love shines uninterruptedly for you humans, it wants to illuminate your path of life and warm you with it's rays, and if you willingly surrender to it's beneficial effect, you must also mature in your soul, and then you will have made use of Divine grace and made the earthly path easier for you through your will .....
