The power of evil ....

The power of evil on the human soul is enormous, and it has a terrible effect .... If man does not resist it, it poisons all his thinking and feeling, and the spiritual condition becomes noticeable, as it dominates the earth at present.  The spiritual condition of mankind is clearly expressed by the events of our time.  Without mercy, mankind rages among each other - and without insight, it fights against each other, and it does not recognize it's spiritual state .... it does not give account to itself about what lies at the basis of mankind's boundless misery .... Everyone has only himself and his advantages in mind and does not shy away from horrible means to exploit this advantage.

And all compassion, all mercy has disappeared from among mankind.  Only hatred and discord prevail on earth, the commandment of love is completely disregarded, and no-one considers his neighbor to be a creature of God as well. .... It has become an almost unstoppable condition, a raging among each other that puts everything that has gone before, in the shade .... And who brought about this depravity of mankind  Who was the cause of this tremendous spiritual decay of all of mankind  It lacks the will to resist, it lacks the strength to offer resistance against the onslaught of this very evil power ....

Man could overcome every challenge if he would ask for the necessary strength - but he does not desire it, he heedlessly passes by where the strength to resist is offered to him and is available to him, unmeasured .... He shuts God out, and believes that he does not need His support, and the consequence of this is that he is no longer a match for the evil power .... The consequence of his arrogance is a deep fall, because the opposing power wrings down the will, it first weakens it in order to finally make man completely will-less, and then his strength is no longer great enough to free himself from the fetters of the enemy, if he makes an effort to wrest himself from them .... For he lacks the Savior, he lacks the assistance in distress.

And if you humans now consider how firmly the adversary holds you in his hands, how he has complete power over you, then you must now seek a way out of the captivity into which you brought yourselves .... you must still, in this last hour, turn to Him Who can free you from every adversity and danger .... and you will truly do no wrong .... He will strengthen you with His power, He will guide your thoughts towards the right recognition, and He will assist everyone who repentantly recognizes his previous wrong thinking in striving for the truth, for the right .... In every spiritual weakness, He gives you strength to resist, and He wrestles, with the adversary for every man's soul ....

And the Lord sends His messengers so that they should proclaim the love of God and warn the unbelievers or strengthen those who are weak in faith, so that they are guided by their knowledge in the fight with the adversary, so that they go the right way, and indeed approach the Father in heaven for help, Who will truly not deny it to them .... Only their will must be sacrificed to the eternal Godhead, they must not want what seems to them to be the only desirable thing, but only think of the salvation of their souls, and thus they must also be willing to detach themselves from the world that has ruled them until then.

And so this would be achieved without severity and violent measures, the judgment would remain averted, but to those who are hardened and hard of heart, the voice will sound more mightily - and the misery on earth will bring the clearest proof that God will not allow Himself to be mocked and that He will therefore let the events come upon the earth and it's inhabitants in this way as a final call from above, so that He will either snatch humanity back from the abyss, or announce it's eternal ruin - for this is the only means which can still remedy the spiritual adversity on earth....
