Demon seeks to destroy .... check – doubt ....

The demon seeks to destroy what God builds up in His love. He tries to arouse mistrust and doubt in people's hearts and uses people who think they are clever and wise and who also seem to be clever and wise; for their objections are heeded and considered important. And now all willpower is required to withstand such objections if a work that is extremely important is not to be jeopardized. Every objection that is based on intellectual considerations is unjustified if the work of the spirit is called into question. It cannot be right, because the truth is where the work of the spirit appears. However, if the truth appears to be untruth, i.e. unacceptable, then it must be seriously examined whether the person is willing to accept it and what determines him to reject what is commanded. A person should test everything and keep what is best. But there are things for which there is no evidence, which therefore can hardly be completely fathomed on earth other than by spiritual means. But through whom should people be informed about this if God would not do this .... Where is the pure truth to be sought if not from God Himself .... So the doubter must first give an account to himself of his attitude towards God .... Whether he recognizes God as the truth, whether he asks God Himself for the truth and whether he can stand before God, i.e. whether he has shaped himself in such a way that he is worthy to receive the truth from God Himself. For that alone is decisive, whether his thought material was gained from knowing or ignorant beings. If God is to give him an answer to his questions, he must first have turned to Him in prayer .... Consequently, a person who asks for the right knowledge will also have the right knowledge, but if the person only allows his intellect to speak instead of his heart, he will be answered by the one who tries to confuse people's thinking, who now endeavours to raise all kinds of objections in order to prevent the truth. And this is why it is so extremely important to unconditionally believe the transmissions God sends to earth, for they alone guarantee purest truth. And the spirit from God will truly instruct people correctly who request the truth from God ....
