All steps are in vain if you don't let Me walk beside you so that I will guide you correctly and you won't take the wrong path. A perpetual battle of demons for your soul takes place and thus they stand enticingly by the path, they seductively try to distract you so that you no longer pay attention to the path and imperceptibly take a wrong path which leads you far away from the goal. If you let Me walk beside you, the demons will not dare to approach you, they will be blinded by the abundance of light emanating from Me, they will retreat and let you pass by unmolested.

Mind this, that you are constantly surrounded by forces which do not wish you well, but that you need not fear them in My protection, for then they are powerless and you are stronger than they. In the end time they rage particularly fiercely and do not even stop at the spiritually striving person, for the light which radiates from you, if you seek or spread the truth, irritates and outrages them so that they try to extinguish it and therefore harass you severely. But with Me you are safe, for I guide you in such a way that you reach your goal by a short path. But the path is more arduous, it is not even and lined with landscapes that edify your eyes, the earthly path is a hard pilgrim's way, and even if it is lovely to look at, danger lurks behind the beauty.

But with Me you pay no attention to the hardships and difficulties, you do not look around you but only above you, you look forward where your eyes behold glorious things that you seek to reach. And therefore you must not set out on your path alone but constantly call upon Me for My guidance, you must always walk in My company, then the earthly path will be easy for you, the hostile powers will not be able to harass you so much, even though they repeatedly try to determine you, to dismiss Me and to continue walking alone. Your will must be strong and remain so, then you will be victorious .... your will must be for Me, then I will strengthen it and hold you if you are in danger of falling.

The demons' battle for your soul will intensify the closer it gets to the end, but you will also stand firmer in your faith in Me and meet every temptation with resistance, and the power the enemy uses against you will be ever less, for the light of My presence will shine ever brighter and the dark powers will sense ever more clearly that they are confronted by the Lord of creation, Whom they cannot force. And they will flee you the closer the end comes ..... Then your strength of faith will be so profound that nothing will be able to deter you or make you apostate, for then you will know that I Myself will come to you in a visible way and lift you up, as I have promised you ....
