Bridge to God - prayer .... narrowing the gap ....

The bridge to Me can be entered at any time and no one will be denied to seek My presence. I Myself built it for you, I bridged the gulf between you and Me because I don't want to be separated from you forever, and I will also meet you halfway, only you must have the will yourselves to reach Me. And you will be unspeakably happy when you have reached the aim which you cannot behold in all its glory from across but which must be glorious for the very reason that it is My kingdom and because you have to leave all earthly things behind you when you enter My kingdom. The bridge to Me is prayer, the change of your thoughts from the earthly into the spiritual world; whether it is a silent call to Me, whether it is a dwelling of your thoughts in non-earthly spheres, then you always seek the kingdom which is not of this world, you seek to recognize Me, and your will is directed towards Me, you have entered the bridge on which you shall henceforth walk, always with Me as your aim in mind. And I recognize your will and come to meet you, because every soul delights Me which turns to Me of its own free will .... If you pray intimately and thereby become aware of My presence, you will already have come far towards Me, the gulf between you and Me will become ever smaller, My hand will reach out to you and guide and pull you. If you can now even hear My voice, you will soon have reached your aim .... I urgently call out to you: Use prayer, use the bridge I have built for you, often connect with Me in thought until you may never choose another path than this bridge which leads to Me, until only this aim seems desirable to you, until your soul has recognized its true home and all longing is directed towards it. Pray in spirit and in truth .... Admitting your weakness to Me and asking Me for grace and strength for the long path you have to travel until you reach the aim. And once you have called Me through your desire that I should come to meet you, then the path will no longer seem far or difficult to you, then the distance will diminish more and more, the bridge will soon be crossed and you will then walk in realms which seem lovely to you; then you will already be in My kingdom, even though your body is still on earth .... But your soul dwells above, it has reached its aim, it has found Me and now never leaves Me, it no longer gives Me up .... The child has found its way home to the father's house because it has used the bridge which My love has built for all My children on earth, so that they may become blessed ....
