The sphere of activity of a person who wants to put all his strength into My service is vast, for I will hand over a field of work of greatest extent to him. Extremely fit workers are needed whose activity extends to everything that promotes spiritual development. And thus every worker for Me and My kingdom will also have the opportunity to proclaim My Word everywhere, he will be guided by Me such that My water of life will seep everywhere where it can have a fruitful effect.

He is in My service, and thus he receives assignments from Me which he will also always be willing to carry out, and I place these assignments into his heart, i.e., he will always act as he feels urged from within. Thus he will carry My Word to where it is needed, he will fertilise the field of life, he will work on his fellow human beings' hearts in order to scatter good seed which will bear fruit when the time of harvest has come.

Spiritual development must be encouraged, that is why I have assigned spiritual guides to you humans, who bring you the Gospel in My name, who proclaim My Word to you, which is the source for your hearts, for your field of life, from which the living water flows, without which it cannot bear fruit. And it will require much work, for human hearts are often like stony ground which first has to be cultivated in order to receive the seed. Still others have received bad seed and must first be cleansed of weeds. They have indeed received spiritual good, but not according to the full truth and must be instructed so that they give up the wrong and exchange right knowledge for it.

This, too, is a work that servants devoted to Me must carry out .... fighting against false teachings in order to set the pure truth against it. This is the task I set for those who are devoted to Me and want to work according to My will, whom I therefore train as true teachers who have an office to administer. It requires great love for fellow human beings and profound faith but also results in richest blessings, because it brings salvation to many souls which, in their ignorance, step into the light, guided by My servants, whom I Myself send to you humans. Their mission is important and therefore also blessed by Me, for they work in My name, they work for Me and My kingdom ....
