Love – power reception .... love has grown cold .... serious reminder ....

Every service of love has the effect of receiving strength .... If you humans would take this to heart there would be no weakness whatsoever for you, neither in faith nor in knowledge, and your life would be easy. You would receive back a thousand fold what you pray for out of love, and therefore you would not have to fear any earthly worries .... But what is the situation in the world? Adversity and misery, unbelief and ignorance characterize people's state, and all this points to the end .... Love has grown cold among people .... Hence they also lack strength, which is the result of the working of love. It is a weak humanity which passes away in spiritual darkness. Love has grown cold amongst people .... You cannot measure how serious this is for their souls, for they thereby prove their remoteness from God, because closeness to God inevitably means receiving strength, but closeness to God is only assured through loving activity. But what do you humans want to achieve if you are far from God .... Then every endeavour will only lead to the abyss, no matter how eagerly you create and work; for without God you are enslaved by the one who is His adversary and to whom alone you owe your wretched state. God alone is your salvation, if you do not seek Him you will be lost for eternity. God alone is strength and power and glory, and in His nearness you will live in bliss. But if you are far from Him, if your spirit is darkened, if you walk blindly and powerlessly on earth, and if you enter the spiritual kingdom blindly and powerlessly, your wretched state will increase due to your guilt. Love alone sets you free, love alone brings you closer to God, love imparts strength and light to you, love redeems you. Overcome yourselves, you who are still strongly stuck in selfish love, turn to your fellow human being and have open eyes for his suffering; help him, be constantly active in unselfish love. Then you will increase in strength and light, you will strive towards God Who reveals Himself to you through your activity of love, to Whom you unite through your activity of love so that He works with and in you. Love has grown cold among people .... Take care that you do not belong to those for whom there is no salvation anymore because they have left God. Seek to secure His nearness through loving activity and make sure that your strength increases, that you believe firmly and steadfastly and let your faith come alive through love. Then the earthly world will no longer burden you, you will live in constant striving for the spiritual kingdom, you will feel God's presence and be full of love and strength, and since you now live in and with God you will succeed in everything, your spiritual as well as your earthly work will be blessed .... Do not let love grow cold, so that you will not belong to those who have to fear the near end, who are far from God and become a slave to the one who is His adversary ....
