Struggle of faith .... confession only possible where there is love ....

Not the intellect will be able to enlighten you about the value of the doctrines of faith if you have to decide whether to acknowledge or reject Me, but only a heart willing to love is capable of judging what corresponds to the truth. In the end, however, only few people will be filled with love for Me and their neighbour, for love has grown cold amongst people. And likewise, only few will confess Me before the world, because the intellect of those who live without love will tear everything apart and attack every teaching which points to Me as their creator and sustainer. And since until now the teachings of faith have only been presented to people in an unclear way it will be easy to portray them as untenable and to persuade people to reject them. Only love alone can give them the conviction to be in the right knowledge, for the loving human being has My support. I enlighten his spirit and he also has the will to remain faithful to his God and father from eternity because he has recognized Him as the origin of himself and also as the final aim which he eagerly strives towards .... To confess Me before the world therefore means to live a life of love at the same time, otherwise the human being would also lack the strength to resist. Anyone who has recognized Me also confesses Me to his fellow human beings, because love simultaneously results in the recognition of Myself and strength to resist. For him there will be no unresolved problems, to him everything will appear sunlit and clear what others believe to be incomprehensible and cannot be represented. Therefore there will be a great apostasy from faith in general, because every person will have to take a stand and publicly decide for or against religious doctrines which have Me as their content and therefore are to be eradicated. A difficult battle will be waged against My own, against all those who do not want to give Me up and yet have not penetrated deeply enough into the truth; and only a life of love will make the decision easy for them .... But love has grown cold among people, and accordingly faith has also become lifeless .... But a dead faith will not assert itself, it will be eradicated very quickly and the flock, whose shepherd I Myself am, will become ever smaller. Yet My sheep recognize My voice, they follow their shepherd. Blessed are those who want to belong to Me, who take all persecutions upon themselves and stand firm for love of Me .... I will guide them like a good shepherd towards the right stable, I will not let any go astray but I will also gladly accept the sheep into My flock who followed My call because they recognized My voice .... who accept or revive their faith when they see My strength of faith. Whoever still turns to Me in the last days before the end I will accept with joy and also enlighten his spirit so that he will recognize the love, wisdom and omnipotence of the one Who is to be denied, Whom the understanding of the intelligent does not want to accept but Who reveals Himself to His own who believe in Him and become blessed through faith ....
