The servants whom the lord still late engaged .... God’s word .... truth ....

BD 5138 May 28th 1951

The word comes to you in divine purity .... and you experience the lord's unusual grace every day .... You are taught by Himself, Who draws close to you in fatherly love and seeks to draw all you humans up to Himself. You are the servants in His vineyard whom He still instructed late in the evening that they should serve Him, for you humans are approaching the end, the last hour of the day has come and there is not much time left to work for His kingdom. And therefore you will also be able to understand that His infinite love will always be more anxiously active for you the closer it is to the end, for He wants to protect you from the downfall, He wants to protect you from an exceedingly hard fate, from the new banishment into matter on the new earth. You humans would not be able to measure His working or you would bow down in deepest love and humility before Him, Who has been the father of all of you since eternity. You walk along as if blind and yet you should become sighted so that you recognize the right path which leads upwards. And He wants to remedy this blindness by sending His word to you from above so that it illuminates your earthly path as a bright light, as a ray of light which you should follow and which inevitably leads to Him from Whom the light has emanated since eternity. And this divine word of His is incontestable because it contains the strength within itself, because it is eternal truth which can never ever be refuted by enemies of truth such that it would no longer be recognizable as truth to a person striving towards God. The divine word speaks for itself, but only for the one who wants to hear God Himself, thus desires the eternal truth .... And to desire truth means to humbly surrender to God and open oneself to His light of love, thus to ask the giver of truth Himself for it and to faithfully accept His answer, which He will never deny the truth-hungry children. But anyone who wants to serve Him in the last days and participate in the work of redemption for suffering humanity must first stand in the truth himself, because he should teach and spread it as his most important mission. But then God, as the eternal truth, will also instruct him Himself .... He will instruct His servant where and how he should carry out his vineyard work, otherwise He could never demand good work from those who are to be His servants in the last days before the end. And you humans can fully believe them, for they are merely the mediators between God and you, because He wants to convey the pure truth to all of you so that you will become blessed .... For truth originates from God and also leads back to God again ....
