God's unfathomable nature can only be comprehended through love ....

My nature remains an unfathomable mystery to you as long as you live on earth, for I, as Eternal Love, can only be approximately comprehended through love. And you don't know this love, which is exceedingly radiant and effective, that it signifies a creative power from which you, too, emerged as something substantial. If you were still in your original state, then you would also be able to comprehend My love in your power and wisdom, because your own strength of love would be constantly creatively active, and you would recognise yourselves as My image .... I would therefore not be such an inscrutable mystery to you, because you would find My essence within yourselves, and thus also be able to recognise Me Myself .... But since you are devoid of all creative strength, you are devoid of omnipotence and wisdom and therefore devoid of knowledge that you no longer possess the slightest knowledge about My nature and that you find it difficult to profoundly believe that you are the products of love of an exceedingly perfect Being. And neither can the knowledge of it be conveyed to you until you accept the attribute which determines a divine Being with cognitive strength and might, until you develop the attribute of love within yourselves .... (7.6.1952) which is light at the same time. You still lack this creative power of love. And yet it is within you, which means, that as My living creations you are also beings of the same substance which, however, still rests hidden within you as long as a dense, opposing covering prevents it from being creatively active. The power of love is within you, but does not emerge externally, because you yourselves, that is, your will, have to pave the way for it .... because you should use your vitality to accomplish actions which correspond to your true nature .... to accomplish works of love and thus to unfold the strength within yourselves. In a manner of speaking, you have to rebuild yourselves to what you once were, for you were perfect and became imperfect through lovelessness. But you were not able to displace love from yourselves, only to render it ineffective through the increasingly dense shell.

And now you have to dissolve this cover in the opposite way by carrying out deeds of love which may not yet be motivated by love but only by good will .... Yet through this the power of love shall take effect in you, for a good deed shallll once again ignite a ray of love in the one to whom the deed applies, and the fire of love in the heart, the good counter-thought, already has the effect of awakening love in the giver's heart, and the will to love becomes stronger and stronger, the person is driven from within to do good deeds, the love in the person's heart flares up and he senses that he is entering into a bond with Me, the Eternal Love .... For now it urges him ceaselessly upwards .... What once stood between him and Me melts away, only the flame of love remains, which unites with the fire of eternal love .... and gives off a bright light. Recognising My love is no longer that impossible for the being, even though I will never be able to be completely fathomed .... Nevertheless, My fundamental nature becomes comprehensible to the being, because it recognises the same substance in itself as soon as it has changed itself into love, and because this realisation simultaneously illuminates it with the brightest light which, however, its eyes will only be able to bear, when the soul has entered the kingdom of light, where it once possessed the most profound knowledge before it fell ....
