Concept of hell and its torments ....

A transfigured body and a transfigured soul ascended to heaven when I accomplished My work of redemption .... Only that which has completely spiritualized itself can enter into the heights of light .... thus enter the kingdom of heaven .... If this is understandable to you humans, it will also be possible for you to understand that everything which departs immaturely from earth also remains in the abyss .... that it still has to carry so many burdens which prevent its flight upwards, that it remains fixed in earthly surroundings and thus also dwells in earthly surroundings even though death has ended its stay on earth .... You will understand that the soul .... the spiritual .... which is thus enveloped by impure substances, by earthly desire and which is still completely immersed in material thinking, is completely impermeable to light and its darkened state cannot be a state of beatitude .... You will understand that the kingdom in which it dwells is infinitely far away from the kingdom into which I entered in the transfigured body .... And you will understand that this kingdom is called hell in contrast to the kingdom of light, which only harbours most blissful beings. An immature soul takes all its bad qualities and passions over into the kingdom of the dead, and it will want to let off steam there according to its nature .... It will unleash the same passions in the souls surrounding it, and therefore there will be no peace and quiet but battles will always break out for supremacy, because these beings only ever pursue earthly aims which constituted their purpose in life on earth. Such fights and disputes do not contribute towards their liberation, they aggravate their lot themselves, they rage against themselves and become ever more deeply dependent on the one in whose kingdom they dwell. Their innermost being is roiled by hatred and envy, they burn with a desire for revenge, and like a fire the hatred flares up in them which wants to destroy everything .... And whatever they do in their rage .... it does not satisfy them or free them from their state of hatred .... There is a constant ember of hatred in them, a fire of the worst passions, a fire without end .... unless they take counsel from the beings who approach them for help, to lead them out of the hell of their own passions .... Do you now understand what hell actually is? That by it is to be understood a state which is worse than a fire, because it (it) has only (also) the destroying qualities of it, but not only purifying qualities .... and that such a state can last for eternities, because even the efforts of beings willing to help can remain unsuccessful with souls whose shells are still impenetrable, and even the love of the helping beings is unable to penetrate the shells. Countless possibilities are opened up by My love to souls which depart from earth as little or not at all mature .... And that is why the spheres in which these souls dwell are so different, from the deepest depth up to the height there are countless intermediate stages, depending on the soul's cover, to what extent it is impermeable or can already catch weak rays of light. And yet hell .... the realm of demonic, hate-distorted and misshapen souls .... is the most densely populated. most densely populated because these souls are still completely materially minded and all their love only applies to the kingdom which belongs to My adversary. And this one truly knows how to kindle greed and unfold all bad urges and characteristics. He stokes the fire to the highest embers which will never go out in his kingdom .... but it is still possible to escape with the help of the one Who is stronger than him .... with the help of Jesus Christ, the divine redeemer .... I went up to heaven .... but as the redeemer of men from sin and death I also descend to hell and bring salvation to those who want to be saved .... For there is also a way out of hell .... even in hell the cross of Christ shines and can soothe souls .... The light of the cross can touch a soul in such a way that it is weary of the eternal struggle and clings to the rescue beam of the cross, and its deep guilt is wiped away for the sake of the merciful love of Jesus .... There is also redemption from hell, for My love is greater than all guilt ....
