For once he has ascended to bright heights, this is his true home, where the soul feels at ease, and every earthly burden only holds it back. It's longing never goes into the earthly valley, but higher up into regions where it, completely removed from the heaviness of the earth, can only ever take in spiritual nourishment. A little while still, then also your soul will undertake the flight to the height with full knowledge and feel unspeakably well thereby. And your senses perceive everything spiritual, because such is useful for you and your task. Your soul will be strengthened and will increase in willpower and receptivity, but in a fully awake state the received image will become blurred, also for the benefit of your body, which could not bear the full knowledge of the spiritual world. But the inner vision should also serve only your soul, but leave the body untouched, except for a quiet twilight state of the experienced.
