The guilty ....
Pleased with the raging of the nations ....
Prediction ....

Full of mercy the Lord looks at His creatures who tear each other apart and outdo each other in cruelty.  He would like to draw their attention to the horror of their actions, He would like to present the spiritual effects to them, so that they will reflect and henceforth give love and justice to all people, but all efforts are in vain, they do not depart from the path they have taken - and so all bear the same responsibility who take pleasure in the raging of the nations among themselves.

Because they are the actual culprits, because their attitude draws the inevitable, nevertheless, an enormous counter-impulse is necessary to make clear to the people the disastrous, which their way of acting entails.  There are only a few whose hearts beat differently and who recognize the need of the time, and these must place themselves at God's disposal if they are to be able to be instructors on earth, thus also having received corresponding spiritual gifts from above.  And the Lord makes use of these few to announce the coming events among the people.

If now these few unite with each other in believing trust, they will be well-instructed by God, but if they are fully devoted, then these servants will be initiated into the plan which the Divine Creator has determined since eternities ..... They will experience the day and the hour when the power of God will be manifested, and they will see themselves in the midst of the events and now sacrifice their entire will to the Lord, so that they may be active in the salvation of countless souls who threaten to lose themselves in the night of the spirit.  And there will be great anxiety among the people when the servants of God tell them about the will of the Lord ....
