The heart's readiness for the divine Word is so easy to establish if the human being remains in heartfelt prayer to the heavenly Father and asks for His blessing. The slightest external distraction will put the otherwise willing earthly child into a state of inattention, but if its thoughts want to detach themselves it only requires a heartfelt call to the Father and its spirit will be strengthened so that it will unite with the Father-Spirit ..... And thus the strength will flow to him unhindered.

The human being bears witness to divine activity if he tries to convey what he receives to his fellow human beings and thus speaks in the name of the Lord. He can contribute unspeakably much to the glorification of the divine name if he does not shy away from mentioning the working and activity of the eternal Deity at every opportunity, for the world is without any knowledge of it since it no longer believes anything. And it will come to pass that no one will dare to speak of God and His only begotten Son Jesus Christ.

The few who still have faith will be ostracised and people will try to prevent them from spreading the spiritual wealth. They will leave no stone unturned to eradicate the knowledge of divine truths. And no one will dare to speak against it, for they shun the violence of the mighty. And yet, in this time, work must be done especially diligently so that the teaching of Christ may be spread in secret. Anyone who openly confesses the name of the Lord will truly be of great merit before the Father, for he fights for the souls of his fellow human beings and also suffers for them if the Father in heaven so desires.

And now the formal will separate itself from the living representative of Christ's teaching. For what is form will not stand up to these decrees, and thus all form will be sacrificed, it will be easily separated from it, and all that will remain is an intrinsically untenable building without inwardness. But he who truly lives in Christ, his time has come, he joyfully joins the ranks of Christ's fighters. His spirit is free, so he does not fear the body's banishment; he speaks for Christ because Christ Himself speaks through him; he is no longer timid, for he recognises God and the truth, so he does not fear the world and its rulers. And a great power emanates from him, which all feel who are of the same spirit.

They will unite and form a coalition, and they will no longer suffer worldly but always see a commandment in most eager soul work which they must fulfil, even though they are threatened with earthly punishments. And now many a seed will sprout, for humanity does not like the spiritless time, it gets tired of worldly activity and misses the Word which testifies of God ..... And thus it seeks it and will receive it through the mouth of those whom the Lord has instructed and sends out in the midst of these hungry people. And the Word will ignite, it will immensely stimulate people whose desire for God is the reason for God to come to them in the Word.

And the battle will break out for supremacy .... The spiritual world will now fight against the deprived. It will be commanded and forbidden, commanded by worldly power to obey its laws and forbidden all that is God-willed and God-emphasising. Two opponents will now fight .... again darkness will fight against light, but the light will shine and penetrate the darkness, and anyone who presumptuously tries to extinguish the light will be blinded.

And this is the spiritual turning point which will be experienced by anyone who recognises the spiritual hardship of the present time and supports the spiritual well-being of his fellow human beings. For these are welcome to the Lord as fighters. He assembles His army and prepares it for battle .... they will fight with the sword of their mouth, for the Lord blesses them and gives them strength and power to fight for His name ....
