The working of the divine spirit cannot be refuted, even though it cannot be comprehended. A human being can indeed stand in incomprehension of a process and thus, due to lack of knowledge, want to dismiss something as fantasy or imagination, but a human being whose faculty of judgement is more developed can never completely refute this working, for he encounters forces which he cannot explain to himself and therefore cannot deny them unscrupulously either.

It is humanity's conviction that every spiritual process can be scientifically explained, that human knowledge is therefore nowhere deficient; and this conviction rules out from the outset that an explanation of mysterious processes could be sought other than intellectually. Thus man will now also want to fathom intellectually where such spiritual results come about. But he will never be able to disprove these results, for then he would have to delve into problems which are unsolvable for him without spiritual help ..... He can therefore only explain the origin itself. He can therefore only judge (explain) the emergence itself, affirmatively or rejectively, but never the emergence. For such things are beyond his judgement.

He who only looks at himself and everything around him with earthly eyes does not want to unravel problems that lie outside the earthly, so he cannot judge either. But he who is only a little in touch with the supernatural, by letting his thoughts wander at times into regions unknown to him, will also always be questioning infinity, and the questioner will hold back his judgement. Only the one who has spiritual knowledge himself can judge, and his judgement will always be affirmative, for he recognises divine working because the spirit in him makes contact with the same spiritual strength outside of him and thus the realisation must be the same, since there is only one truth .... which God Himself imparts to those who desire His spirit.

If the world recognises that nothing can be proven in the opposite sense of the wisdom that comes to earth from above, it will not be rejected. If, however, the assessment is left to incompetent people, then the work will experience a temporary confiscation which, however, is also permitted by God's will in order to induce a certain circle to occupy themselves with it more thoroughly. Yet the Lord protects His work, even if it appears that human power is greater and all hope is lost. For the Lord has His plan, and all human rage is of no avail if it goes against His divine will.

The time of separation will soon come, the time of detachment from what the human being holds dear ..... And since he does not surrender it voluntarily, the Lord takes it by force .... And events precede this time so that what the Lord plans will become public .... humanity shall take notice, and God will bring this about, albeit in a different way than is expected. For God recognises both the danger and the blessing of ignorance and knowledge ....
