It is like a revelation when the human being allows the divine grace to take effect on him, when he pays attention to the influx of the divine spirit into his heart and all earthly heaviness falls away from him. The soul releases itself from the bondage of the body and accepts spiritual gifts from above. It looks into the spiritual kingdom, it lives in another world, and what it receives is living, fully true spiritual goods. It is its nourishment and therefore indispensable for its spiritual well-being. And thus it remains the most glorious thing on earth to live in this grace, and if the human being longs for it he will have overcome the pitfalls of earthly life, for he will never again give away this precious gift for earthly pleasures. He will never again want to refrain from it once he has taken a glimpse into the kingdom of light.

The earthly path before was lightless despite earthly joys, for these never brought him complete fulfilment of his longing. But now all suffering has become bearable for him, for the love of the Father in heaven has compensated him a thousandfold and offered him far more glorious things than earth can ever offer him. And yet very few people strive for this most precious gift. Their souls must have reached a degree of maturity which allows them to consciously feel the glories, for a still very earthly-minded soul lacks the ability to feel spiritual glories. The spiritual kingdom could obviously be made accessible to it but it would perceive little of it because the dense layers which still surround the soul prevent it from gaining an insight into the spiritual kingdom.

And thus only those people can experience this blissful state who have already dissolved their shells, who have now become able through the finest sensation to also recognise what their bodily eyes cannot see. This ability can develop into the clearest vision, it can be possible for the soul to only see the spiritual through everything material, and thus nothing will be a secret to it anymore, it will see the most hidden, and the human being who has shaped his soul such that his spiritual eye can see everything and convey it to the human being will stand in life with a knowing heart. You will only understand what a grace such conscious immersion in the spiritual kingdom is for the human being when you have entered this kingdom yourselves, stripped of every shell, radiant and aglow with heartfelt love for your Creator, Who has prepared the most glorious things for you and wants to bestow them upon all His children ....
