Creation ....

The origin of the universe is just as inexplicable as the essence of the eternal Deity can be made comprehensible to people as long as they themselves have not yet entered the kingdom of light. For what you see in creation is indeed outwardly matter, but at the bottom it is spiritual, i.e. strength from God which has condensed into form. But the condensation of strength into form is a process which has no parallel in earthly life and will therefore remain inexplicable to people, for strength is something spiritual, whereas form is something earthly. The fact that the spiritual can change into the earthly visible is beyond human comprehension and therefore cannot be made comprehensible to people.

God's love is power .... His will is strength .... and this will of love took shape .... Thus, every work of creation is divine will that has become form. It is further the divine thought that has become form .... What God thinks and wills comes to pass, and thus He places all His thoughts as works into the universe .... His creation is power that has come forth from Him and has taken on form according to His will. Not a second passes without the divine creative will being active, not a second passes without new creations being placed into the universe, for His strength of love is constantly active. And everything created is continuously fed with His strength of love. Consequently, what is created by God is also imperishable, even though it changes its outer form and apparently passes away. Nothing in the universe can be lost or dissolve into nothing, for everything is divine power, therefore imperishable.

All creation has come into being through this very power and can never be destroyed. Thus, if the human being seemingly accomplishes a work of destruction, his free will turns against God's will ..... God withdraws His will from the external form of His work of creation, and this form seemingly ceases to exist but is only invisible to the human eye until God lets His will of love become form again. The motive for destruction through human will is the decisive factor as to how far such injustice is before God. ....

However, what God has created outside the earth is inviolable to God-opposing power. It is only that which is subject to temporary change .... partly by divine will, partly by human will .... what is in contact with earth. But it is precisely these works of creation that man cannot comprehend and whose origin makes him ponder. Only earth alone harbours beings which have an inherent urge to destroy, whereas all creations outside of earth are not exposed to the destructive will of immature entities ....

The apparent work of destruction, however, has the consequence that divine strength is not always recognised as the original substance of creation. The result is that God's omnipotence is doubted; the result is that people try to explain the emergence of these works of creation in purely earthly terms, that they try to deny the creative power of an essential divinity and want to replace it with elementary power which appears more credible to people, which is independent of an entity and is conditioned in itself. However, any planned construction of the entire work of creation would then be called into question insofar as a Being, Who is unsurpassable and the epitome of omnipotence, love and wisdom, is denied. ....
