Following Jesus ....

There is only one path that leads to eternal life and union with God .... the path via Jesus Christ, and anyone who rejects Christ will never be able to enter the gate of heaven to eternal bliss. The human being has to take the same path Jesus took on earth, the path of love and suffering, for he can only redeem himself through love and reduce his guilt of sin through suffering.

And in order to be able to do this, the graces acquired through Jesus' death on the cross have to be imparted to him, which he, in turn, can only receive if he acknowledges Jesus Christ as Redeemer and Son of God. He has to believe in the divine Redeemer .... he has to believe that God Himself sent Him to earth in order to be able to take abode in Him in all fullness .... he has to believe that divine love Itself descended to people, and then he only proves his faith in God when he acknowledges the act of Salvation as an act of greatest love for people and wants to participate in the blessing of the act of Salvation.

Jesus says: "No one comes to the Father except through Me ....". Jesus does not speak these words as a human being, but they are to be understood spiritually. He Himself was pure love, and thus the human being must shape himself into love in order to be united with the Father, Who is love Himself. But if the human being stands in love, then he will also recognise that Jesus Christ is also the embodiment of the eternal Deity. He will no longer be able to separate Christ from God, and thus love will be the only way to reach God.

But if a person does not acknowledge Christ, he can never think correctly. And even if he wants to affirm God, this is not a profound faith which separates God and Christ from each other. He makes a false concept of the eternal Godhead. Christian doctrine prescribes as most important the two commandments: You shall love God above all things and your neighbour as yourself.

In order to fulfil this commandment he has to be love himself, and thus he has to go the same way Jesus went on earth; he has to distribute love on all his ways of life, and since God is love himself, he draws the eternal Deity to himself through every work of love, thus he unites himself with it, and then the same thing takes place which caused Jesus to say: 'The Father and I are one' (was overwritten by 'is') ..... He likewise united Himself with God through His greater than great love, so that He was fully justified in uttering these words, for His Being was completely permeated by the divine spirit, thus the Father .... was the eternal Deity .... in the Son, in That which had proceeded from Him, and could no longer be eternally separated from each other.

And this merging with the elemental power will always be the result of intimate love for God and for people, thus love is the path which leads to God. The work of redemption was the greatest work of love of a human being for the whole of humanity. Anyone who does not acknowledge this must be devoid of all love, otherwise he would want to recognise the connection most clearly and every doubt about Jesus' divinity would disappear. Without love, however, the path of ascent can never be covered, for then the human being does not follow Jesus; he does not belong to those who were redeemed through His death on the cross and is therefore lost for eternities .....
