Purpose of them ....

The purpose of the infinitely many celestial bodies is unknown to people, and an explanation of this can only be given in faith and also only accepted as truth in faith, for no proof can be provided as long as the human being belongs to earth. The celestial bodies have the same missions as earth .... to give the spiritual entities further opportunities for development, only they are so different and completely different in nature from earth, yet they all serve the same purpose, to place the immature entities into a higher state of maturity. And this task is always decisive for the composition and design of every world body.

Every celestial body is therefore animated for the first time by beings which still need visible works of creation because they still lack maturity of soul. The way of activity of those beings on a heavenly body outside of earth cannot be made comprehensible to people. However, it totally deviates from the beings' earthly task, for this task requires matter, whereas the other celestial bodies are creations where neither earthly laws of nature are applied nor do the beings inhabiting them require work which is equal to that on earth.

Only man imagines something similar as long as he cannot put anything else for it. Consequently, people can only receive enlightenment in this way, and it is divine will that humanity should also receive enlightenment about this .... Wherever you look you see divine creations, but you do not see the spiritual substance which is hidden in them. This spiritual substance passes through so many infinite stations before it joins the One from Whom it originated.

(16.5.1941) The walk through God's visible work of creation can suffice to bring the spiritual again into the state of perfection in which it once was, then it no longer needs another school of the spirit. In the kingdom of light it can unite with equally spiritually mature beings and thereby develop ever higher.

Countless souls, however, do not make use of their earthly existence as they could, then leave the earth in insufficient maturity and are unable to enter the kingdom of light. These must now be given a further opportunity for development, for God's creation is infinitely great and there are truly enough places of education for the spirit.

Each place corresponds to the state of maturity of the souls which now take up residence in it. They only differ from each other in the different strength of light, i.e., they are more or less luminous, because the luminosity of every celestial body depends on the maturity of the beings inhabiting it, for their degree of maturity is decisive for the light radiation they receive.

There are celestial bodies which are lightless because they are inhabited by completely ignorant beings who are also unwilling to receive the light, i.e. who close their minds to the instructions offered to them. Knowledge, however, is light .... These lightless celestial bodies are most densely populated, for countless souls depart from earth which have absorbed no spiritual knowledge whatsoever and can therefore only be assigned to those celestial bodies where darkest night still exists.

However, they usually feel the darkness as torment, and then the possibility is given that they desire and seek light .... And then the higher development can also begin with those souls and they can be transferred to somewhat lighter regions, i.e. to celestial bodies which have a low degree of luminosity.

But the same law applies to all celestial bodies .... that the beings are active in love .... because this brings in light, i.e. the light flows to the beings active in love in the form of knowledge. There are celestial bodies which have an inconceivable luminosity. So there are souls there which, through their God-pleasing way of life on earth and their service in love, have brought themselves into a high degree of spiritual maturity or have endeavoured to make up for their neglected earthly task on other celestial bodies and are now bearers of light, thus they can constantly receive and distribute light.

These spiritual beings do not need a stay in visible creations. They are now enabled by their high degree of maturity to create and shape, and now do this for their own bliss. Consequently, those celestial bodies are filled with exceedingly delightful creations. These are not earthly creations, thus consisting of matter and therefore solid form, but they only correspond to the beings' stay in spiritual regions, just as the lightless celestial bodies do not harbour any material creations either, yet they are likewise perceptible to the beings because everything is present there which the beings desire in their dark state.

Earthly creations also arise before their spiritual eyes, for their will, their desire for them, lets these creations become visible but without being present in material reality. And that means agony for the being to stand in desire for something and never to have it tangible or tangible but only in front of it in its imagination. This makes the transience of the earthly clear to it, so that they learn to overcome the desire for it by themselves, for without having overcome it the being can never enter spheres of light.

In the state of perfection, however, the creation and shaping of things is something different .... These are spiritual creations which have no connection whatsoever with earthly desirable things. The different celestial bodies are therefore the abode for the souls in different degrees of maturity, which are separated from the earth. And there are millions and millions of celestial bodies of such different luminosity that every soul truly finds the abode corresponding to its degree of maturity in order to be able to develop further, that therefore only the will of the being is decisive whether it covers the path to ascent in a shorter or longer time.

God does not let any being fall and always gives it opportunities for development outside of earth, thus in the beyond. However, the unused earthly life can never be completely compensated for ...., for only on earth can the being, if it uses its will correctly, reach a state of perfection which earns it the highest inheritance from the heavenly Father ...., the childship to God .....

There are infinitely many degrees of bliss which beings can attain through the course of higher development in the heavenly bodies. However, they will never be able to enjoy the bliss that is prepared for a child of God. God gave the human being life on earth for this purpose, so that as long as he has free will and thereby has unmeasured strength and grace at his disposal he can attain the highest .... childship to God .... For what this word means you all cannot grasp .... And yet you have to walk through earthly life without knowing the meaning of it, so that you already strive for unity with God on earth in complete free will in order to one day become the most blissful creatures in eternity ....
