The Word of God is blessed with His power ....

People will only become aware of the strength emanating from the divine Word conveyed from above when the hardship on earth is so great that they can only draw comfort and help from it. When no earthly power can bring them help, then there is still One who is willing to help. And this One then comes to people in the Word and brings them refreshment and strength when they are in danger of succumbing. He has blessed His Word with His strength ..... People will feel this and receive His Word full of desire because they will feel the flow of strength from God.

And they will need this strength, they will also gather in hidden places to receive food and drink from the heavens because it may no longer be offered on earth. They do not want to do without and praise God with a grateful heart that He takes care of their need and provides them with spiritual strength which is indispensable to them. For their hearts hunger for it, they hunger for the Words of love and grace, for God's Word gives them knowledge of His care and everlasting willingness to help, and the Word deeply penetrates the hearts of those who desire to hear it, it gives people confidence and hope, it deepens their faith and increases their love, it spurs their striving and connects them with the spiritual world, and this connection makes the transfer of strength from God possible and also makes it effective.

Divine strength cannot remain ineffective as soon as it is accepted with a grateful heart; it has to have a beneficial effect, it has to have an invigorating effect on the human being and cannot in any way be replaced by human gifts, for what people offer will only ever be able to have a physical effect .... The Word of God, however, is strength for the soul, it strengthens and invigorates the soul, even though the body is meagrely provided for and thus has to suffer hardship.

But if the soul suffers, then the suffering is excessive, and only the divine Word can banish this suffering and give the soul peace and tranquillity. For this reason the desire for divine comfort will be great in the coming time and increase to heartfelt desire, and God will satisfy this desire and provide people with comfort and help through the Word, He will convey strength and grace to all who unite with Him through the acceptance of His Word. He will not let them starve but satisfy their hunger, and anyone who is thus fed by the Lord Himself will not lack strength in the coming time .... he will always look upwards from where help will come to him ....
