The thorny road to the eternal home ....

I protect him who desires to stand in truth, from all error .... And who trustingly hands himself over to Me so that I will guide him, his steps will never go astray, for I watch over him and prevent him from going astray.

And now hear My voice: The way to the eternal home is like a steeply ascending footpath that leads through brushwood and thorns .... He who courageously and powerfully overcomes all obstacles, will safely reach the goal and rejoice in his ascent, for now he is at the end, all the difficulties of the way lie behind him, but before him the most magnificent view over all the land that lies beneath his feet .... And he will revel in the pleasure of being able to take in the picture that now presents itself to his eyes after his laborious ascent.  And the same will happen to an earthly child at the end of his days, if he has chosen Me as his guide and has covered the thorny path of life at My hand.

There are many paths through the earthly life, and often they are easily passable and bordered with ornamental shrubs of all kinds, and they entice to rest and promise refreshment and rest to the wanderer who walks these paths, but he never reaches his goal .... For such paths certainly lead far away from the goal, and in his rest and sluggishness, man does not recognize where he is heading, and moves further and further away from the right path, which, although laborious and arduous, inevitably leads to the heights.  And this alone is the certainty that you have found the right way when suffering presses you, which are the thorns and brushwood on the way to the eternal home.  Who does not pay attention to these and courageously goes on, overcomes with ease all subsequently still following obstacles ....

But you must not shy away from it, you must not look for the comforts, but your sense must be simple and uneducated, then also the way up does not seem difficult to you .... Everywhere along the way, My messengers wait and support the wanderer who tires and looks around for a place of rest .... For such is only a danger for the one striving upward.  Undeterred, the path must be continued in joyfulness of heart and driven by the desire to catch sight of Me at the end of the path .... And all distractions must be bypassed, all resting places inviting rest must be avoided, for they make the spirit of man sluggish and unenthusiastic for laborious ascent.  But without self-conquest, without renunciation of all comforts, it is impossible to reach Me, and again My love pulls up every being, if it is only willing and does not resist Me ....

And so I also urge you again to bear your little cross patiently, not to get tired, even if the way seems difficult to you, and to always trust in your Lord and Saviour with bright eyes and a believing heart, who holds everyone's fate in His hands and considers people as it is necessary for them .... And My love keeps you and all My little children from missing the right way, I guard all My little sheep and carry them carefully over insurmountable, difficult paths, so that they reach the height, the eternal home, undamaged ....
